Tip of the day

Today's tip is about discipline, why is it so challenging to be disciplined in every aspect of your life except health? Without a degree of discipline them aims and goals you may have set E.g. (break your PB in a marathon, lose a stone, reduce your body fat, get a six pack, climb Everest etc), then want happen. When you wake up for work everyday at the same time - Discipline, when you pay your bills every month - Discipline, when you brush your teeth every night - discipline, so why the big deal with following a structured eating plan and doing regular exercise? Why the battle? It's just another form of discipline that's required to achieve that goal. When you think about it's really simple BE HEALTHY FROM MONDAY - FRIDAY and enjoy the weekend. NO ROCKET SCIENCE NEEDED just DISCIPLINE.
